Counter-flow Feed Pellet Cooler Introduction
The latest octagonal cooling box design, no cooling dead angle. Feeding with closed air feeder, the air inlet area is large, and the cooling effect is remarkable. The adjustable diamond bulker is used to maximize the uniform accumulation of material in the tank. The reciprocating discharge mechanism of the slide valve is adopted, and the movement is stable and reliable, and the residue is small. Low energy consumption and easy operation. After cooling, the finished product temperature is not higher than room temperature +3 ° C ~ 5 ° C, suitable for the cooling of granular materials.

1. SKLN series counter flow cooler is suitable for cooling various kinds of pellets such as pelleted feed, expanded feeds, extruded feeds and flake feeds etc.

5. The novel rotary spreader ensures materials for uniform and complete cooling with reduced breakage, featuring adjustable range of material distribution and lowered power consumption;
6. There are some pressure-relief plates provided above the discharging device, which can greatly improve the working load of the discharging device, reduce SKLN series counterflow cooler’s distortion, and extend the service life of the component parts;
