Sectional hot dip galvanizing water tank is a new type of water tank. Manufacturing and installation is free form the affects of civil engineering . No welding equipment is needed.
Hot galvanized surface attractive and durable, good for health, can prevent secondary pollution.Field-assembled using standardized block, blocks are bolted with nontoxic rubber inserts in between.
Widely used as water storage for water supply, regulating tank, expansion&condensation water tank for heating system as well as temporary water tank for construction and geological prospecting and so on.
Water capacity varys form 1.0 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters, height may reach as great as 5 meters.
Inflow, outflow tubes as well as return tube's diameter and place is decided by the designer,passages of at least 7000mm is needed around the tank.
This water tank adopt Q235 steel panel.Pressed to 1000*1000 and 1000*500 standard block,drill hole on the flange.After hot dip galvanized assembled on site,between the panel connection part there is the non-toxic rubber mat,connected by the bolts and nuts.
This water tank is used to buildings water supplier system,adjust water storage,the heating system expansion and condensate water storage,and the building construction,geological prospecting,industry,national defense engineering temporary water storage,etc.Water storage capacity from 1.0 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters.The height can reach 5 meters.
The inlet pipe,outlet pipe and overflow pipe diameter,location of the water tank are determined by thedesign.Around of the water tank should not less than 700mm gallery,the bottom and the cove of the water tankshould not be less than 600mm height space,etc.Water install it the connection line of the panel should be put onthe steel support seats frame line.
