This machine is suitable for high viscosity material, such as chicken powder. By positive and reverse rotation of rolls, the wet powder mixture forced through the screen mesh to be granulates. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry, it is a popular granulating machine used for forming the granule sizes from moist powder material, or for crushing dried block stock into granules in required size.
The principle of an oscillating granulator is to mechanically pass compacted material through a wire mesh screen or plate using an oscillating rotor. The rotor speed and rotation time are variable in the clockwise or counterclockwise directions. Particle size is controlled through mill-screen size, rotor speed, and the rotor's rotation angle.

Applications:
This machine is mainly suitable for pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry and foodstuff industry to make granule with different specifications. After it is dried through backing, then press it to form all kinds of shaped products. It can also be used for dry block raw material that is crushed and coagulated. This machine is used to press tablets.
By this oscillating-type granulator, wet powder can be granulated into required particles, or dry material is crushed into the required particles.
By exchanging sieves(their holes' diameters are different), tablets with different sizes can be produced.
Size of granular should not be too big, or the unit weight of tablet may be influenced.
