Mixer and automatic weighing and oil mixing system manufactured by JNBAN are particularly suitable for efficient and uniform mixing of solid-liquid, solid-powder, powder-powder, and powder-liquid. Products are widely used in fine chemicals, feed,electronics, food, hard materials, ceramic materials, biology, medicine, non-metallic mining, building materials, coatings, dyes,fertilizers and metal powders for better mixing. Shear sensitive crystalline powder, batch product mixing, mixing liquid into solid.

Working principle:

The process consists of two programs includes mixing and granulating process.
Powder material can be charged into the material pan from the conical hopper and continue to rotate in the container under the action of mixing blade once the hoper is closed. In the meanwhile, all materials grow up the shape of liquid bridge under continuous effects of conical wall. Under the action of extrusion, friction as well as crumb by blade and conical tank wall, all material is gradually turn for loosen. At last while opening the hopper outlet, waterish particles are pushed off under the centrifugal effects blade.

Features:

1. Mix evenly: making sure the coloring particles or pigment are evenly distributed;

2. Strong blending ability: wetting the material quickly with 8-12% thickness starch slurry;

3. Judging the granulating situation by the max electricity consumption;

4. The production granules are relaxed and snow-like with no block, more particle and little powder;

5. The three procedures of the mixing, wetting and granulating run continuously in one barrel avoiding the pollution of the
manual contact;

6. It can produce repeated with the right parameters, such as the time and speed of the mixing and granulating, the consumption of the adhesive, the consumption of the electricity, etc.;

7. The producing time is approx. ten minutes with high efficiency and the production particles can be well compressed;

8. The great applicability: it can be used for pipelining with one-step fluidized granulator, as well as the fluidized drier;

9. Saving the adhesive about 20-25% and shorten the drying time;
