Ductile Iron Ball Check Valve DIN/BS/ANSI/JIS Standard PN16/PN10

The Check Valve is a valve that maintains fluid-flow constantly in a constant direction. It has a function to prevent backflow. disc is pushed open by the fluid pressure, but when it flows backward, disc closely contacts seat of the body by the back pressure to prevent backflow.

Ball Check Valves

Disk of the ball valve has a spherical shape that is free in the flow path, and rolls under its own weight when the fluid pressure is lost, blocking the flow path and preventing backflow. When the valve body is fully opened, the flow path is secured linearly, almost the same as bore flow path. The flow path is less resistive, and is not susceptible to foreign matter, slurries, etc., and is mainly used for sewerage.
