Possibility of polyester button production:
Different types of buttons are produced according to the form of materials used. When the polyester fiber is rod shaped, the button can be strip shaped. For flat buttons, the raw materials are pretreated in sheet form. This is very important for the dyeing process - usually, flat buckles are monochromatic, while strip buckles need to be colored and dyed. Transparent or translucent styles are also popular. Different chemicals are added to the raw materials according to the desired effects. This is the way to achieve a pearlescent, snow-white, or metallic appearance. Polyester buttons can imitate almost any material, even completely natural materials, such as speakers. This quality may make it difficult for non professionals to recognize and imitate.

The preferred ratio of polyester buttons to all other materials is about 10:1. This is easy to understand, given its extremely low price. They can tolerate all known decorating and decorating methods and procedures. In addition, inscriptions and logos can be added upon customer request. The extra interior coloring makes them more effective and attractive to consumers.
