Description
This machine is mainly used for automatic ear loop welding of KN95 mask.
After the mask body is put on the mould, it will be transport forward to the two mask ear band welding stations through an assembly line, the ear loop is cut and the ultrasonic welder weld it into the mask body. After the ear loop is welded, the mask is transported to be collected.

2. The working process of KN95 Mask Machine are as follows:
Manual put the mask body on the mould of the machine.
The mask body is automatically transport forward in a line.
The ear loop is cut into a suitable size by the cutter then weld into the mask body by the ultrasonic welder.
The complete KN95 mask is transport forward to be collected.
