Face Mask Manufacturing Machine Description :
This Face Mask Manufacturing Machine is a fully automatic one-to-two mask machine, one body machine drives two ear band machines. After the main body machine outputs the mask body, the mask body sheet is conveyed to the turning mechanism by the conveyor belt structure, and the mask plate is flipped to the conveyor belt connected to the ear tape machine through the turning mechanism, and then the mask piece is conveyed to the ear tape machine through the conveyor belt. On the front of the first mask plate, finally, the mask sheet is placed into the mask plate of the ear band machine by pressing down by the air cylinder. The ear band machine then completes the welding of the ear band of the mask, edging, etc. to complete an ear band mask. Production of products.
This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, single-phase motor for main conveyor belt, stepping motor turning, precise transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.

Maintenance
