Precise Temperature Control: The warm-water circulation eyewash station ensures an outlet water temperature between 15.7-37.8 degrees Celsius, complying with the temperature requirements of the ANSI Z358.1-2014 Standard for Eyewash. It provides a comfortable water temperature for users, preventing secondary injuries to the eyes and face due to excessively hot or cold water, making it suitable for use in all seasons, including winter.
High-Flow Water Supply: Equipped with a large water storage tank, the system provides a water supply of 71 gallons per minute. This ensures that the water usage time exceeds 15 minutes, whether for a single eyewash or multiple eyewashes simultaneously. It guarantees an adequate water supply for emergency eye flushing, ensuring user safety in critical situations.
Rational Structural Design: The device features a sturdy wooden structure base, suitable for indoor factory environments. It consists of an electric heating storage tank, pressure pumps, circulation pumps, hot and cold water mixers, etc. The electric heating storage tank uses an electric heater to warm the water source and includes a temperature controller to prevent overheating. The hot and cold water mixer can adjust the eyewash outlet temperature according to the ambient temperature on-site to meet seasonal requirements.
Superior Safety Performance: The electrical components in the system are explosion-proof, allowing safe use in hazardous locations. The system can be connected to the central control room, sending a signal to the control room when the eyewash is used on-site. This facilitates real-time monitoring of equipment usage. Additionally, the system is equipped with explosion-proof sound and light alarms and explosion-proof lights to enhance overall safety.
