Description:
1.ln processing high molecular materials,the
modification process and master batch preparation of polyolefin materials and engineering
plastics require sufficient and intensive mixing,which differs depending on material systems,

Features
1) Two sets of extrusion machine, with specially designed mixture granulator, barrel with 38 CrMoAlA nitriding processing to ensure the mixing effect and solid colloidal particle.
2) Double exhaust system to ensure full devolatilization.
3) Feeding system to greatly improve production capacity.
4) Low melt temperature to reduce material second degradation.
5) Double stage structure and double filter to effectively remove impurities and air in the waste, thus to ensure uniform plasticizing, solid, full and glossy granule.
6) Vibration separation and cooling, high degree of automation, high production efficiency.

Applications:
1. This unit is fit for scrap film and leftover material granulating of Plastic Blow Film Factory.
2. Fit for different old and useless plastic material recovery.
3. Fit for PE, EVA and PVC use less film block, PE, PVC, ABS and PP material confecting and granulating.
