The hollow sheet making machine is applicable to produce PC,PP,PE hollow profile board. The products is used widely for building, decorating, advertisement laying, road noise isolation and packing. PP hollow profile board can instead of carton which have feature like light weight, high strengthen, moisture-proof, antisepsis.
PP hollow-wall sheet extrusion line consists:
Extruder: The special design of the screw and the advanced temperature control system ensure the plasticization of the plastic and the high output and stable extrusion.
Screen changer: use hydraulic quick change screen device to make the screen change process fast and effective; double station and special sealing structure ensure the stable operation of the screen changer
Mold: The mold is made of high-quality alloy steel with high-activity throttling device, which makes the distribution of the flow in the die uniform and uniform; the differential adjustment of the upper and lower die ensures uniform thickness of the upper and lower walls.
Vacuum setting table: There is a fast heat exchange refrigeration system in the shaping system, which is effectively interlaced with the vacuum system and sequentially distributed. This distribution ensures the setting accuracy. The vacuum system consists of two independent subsystems, each equipped with a plurality of three-point fixed-cycle vacuum lines, each carrying a vacuum adjustment system and a vacuum display system, so that the vacuum on the surface of the sheet is uniform and stable.
Traction machine: The tractor is distributed with the first group and the second group. The first group of tractors is high power, large reduction ratio and multi-roller. It has excellent low-speed running performance and large traction force. It can simultaneously and uniformly plate the plate from vacuum. Taichung pulled out. The second group of tractors is subjected to stress relief treatment. It is also equipped with a trimming device to ensure the effective width of the sheet and the quality of the edge of the sheet.
Stress eliminator: Advanced large-area conduction heating method, which effectively eliminates the stress of the sheet and further improves the flatness of the sheet.
Cutting machine: equipped with precise instantaneous fixed length cutting and automatic lifting and unloading device, special alloy wear-resistant cutting edge to ensure the quality of the cut surface of the board
