Description:
1) It is an idea equipment to pelletize, HDPE scraps into granules. Capacity is from 100kg/h to 500kg/h.
2) This line is of new design, reasonable configuration, steady operation, low noise, low consumption and high output.
3) It has an compactor tank similar like agglomerator on the top extruder, which is specially designed for films pelletizing, it can compact and crush film scraps tightly in order to good feeding to extruder.
4) Single screw extruder, equipped with specially designed screw & barrel, venting system, has a very good output capacity.
5) Pelletizing style: Water-ring cutting with extrusion mould, even cutting ensures good shape.
Applications:
1. plastic granulate machine is the successor to plastic master-sub granulator.
2. plastic granulate machine is installed by "one line" shape, "right and left" shape and "T" shape, which is saving
the work space.
3. This machine is different from waste plastic machine, such as PP, PE, HDPE. especially resolved the problem of
highdensity polyethylene granulation broken bars.
4. plastic granulate machine is matched with plastic crusher and granular cutting machine. While the waste plastic
materials through crushing and washing, could be put into extruder without drying. But the die head of machine
could be electric screen changer or hydraulic screen changer.
