Description:
1. PE Carbon Spiral Reinforcing Pipe Production Line
·Single screw extruders especially used for polyolefine material possess effective plasticizing effect and high extrusion speed.
2·The special datachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die with spiral structure & reasonable channnel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.
3·The helix apportionmnet style diffluence body and big flow space assure the melting material has enough stay time.Optimal low melting temperature result in little internal pipe stess,smooth inner and outer pipe surface.
4·Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producting pipe scope 50-200mm,production speed is up to 0.6-1.6 m/min.
5·Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve,its entrance carrying pre-cooling and powerful vacuum device to suit for high speed extruding pipe.
6·Stainless steel cooling water trough is three-dimensional regulation,longitudinal move by motor. High effcient cooling comes from peculiar spraying nozzle and high efficency water pump.
7·All kinds of polyolefine material,two layers or three layers spiral strengthening pipe can be-extruded for various uses.
8.
