Description:
You can use different extrusion die and calibration moulds with relevant extruding screw to produce different
sheet like PE, PP, PC or PVC etc.
This sheet extrusion line is equiped high performance vented extruder, die, screen change system, vacuum
forming table, cooling rocket, haul-off unit, cutting unit and etc.
This kind of line is specially designed for producing PC and PP hollow cross-section sheet with width
upto 2300mm.

Applications:
1 . High speed extruder adopts special designed high efficient five-section type screw and barrel
2 . This is the essential conditions of ensuring the rapid plastizing & dispersion effect, and realizing high speed production.
3 . As export standard pallet, the material of pallet is stainless steel pipe the surface of each part of machinery covered film together with one set of packing list in English wooden crate: under fumigation treatment. Together with one set of packing list in English partial shipment allowed container shipment allowed before delivery, we will send the dimension & weight of extrusion line to customer to help them choose suitable container.
