Description:
1. GF series plastic pipe material production line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water suply systerm, architectural water supply systerm,pavement of cables, etc. as well as pvc pipe material of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness.
2. This machine group consists mainly of twin conical(parallel) screws extruder , vacuum calibrating tank , tractor , haul-off unit, cutting unit , tilter , etc. Single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter.Both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products.
3. The vacuum pump and traction motor both adopt advanced products. The haul-off machine has many models, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw etc. It may choose visual blade or cutting type.The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.
4. Pipe produced by this line has excellent hardness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracking resistance and creep resistance, hot-melt connectivity, and other advantages, it is the first choice of city gas and water transmission pipe line.
