Description:
1. WPC profile production line uses specially designed screw and controlling system ensure excellent plasticization and stable extruding. This WPC profile extrusion line is mainly used in WPC (PVC or PE ) floor, WPC auxiliary profile for the decorative door and small profiles. Chaging the moulds,this wood plastic profile production line can manufacture many different kinds of profiles according to your requrest.
2. This WPC decking profile extrusion line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of WPC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.
3. This machine can use the one step extrusion method and also can use the two-step extrusion method alter pelletizing. The two-step extrusion method can save the power and space , and the two-step extrusion method features the machine can gain the high output and stable extrusion pressure.
Applications:
PVC WPC plastic profile machine mainly use PVC, UPVC WPC as raw materials, production of various kinds of plastic doors and Windows profiles (plastic profiles, decorative profiles electric cable trunk,window profile,ceiling board), etc.
In addition,the machine can produce PE, PP or PVC WPC woodplastic profile products (the raw material is:Wood flour and add the amount of plant fiber high (up to 50-75%),mainly is used for trays, box board, flooring, outdoor decorative materials, use very extensive.
