1. PE pipe production line is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, construction drainage, cable laying etc. Various kinds of PE plastic pipe material, pipe diameter and wall thickness of the unit by the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum shaping box, tractor, cutting machine, material, etc.
2. Unique in design, the production line is equipped with BM separate high efficient barrier screw, featuring high automation, easy operation, continuous production and reliability. Plastic pipes produced are characterized by good heat, aging, environmental stress, cracking and creep resistance, and can replace galvanized steel pipes, cast iron pipes and cement pipes, which are choicest products for gas and water transmission between cities.
Description:
1. Single screw extruder, very suitable to process PE resin with high capacity, max capacity can reach 1000kg/h. The production line adopts reasonable design, absorbing safe producing technology, acquiring CE certificate. Diameter range is 20mm-800mm, which can be changed into inch standard to meet clients’ special requirement.
2. This PE pipe making machine / extruder mainly including :
a. SJ65/33 Single screw extruder with vacuum feeding machine & Drying machine.

The raw material of this plastic water supply pipe production line is usually PE PP PPR HDPE and so on.Single-screw extruder: Using a long L / D, efficient screw extruder high-capacity, high plasticizing capacity.Extruder and hauling machine motor adopts imported AC / DC converter speed regulator.
