Description:

It can strap automatically after you insert the belt, and it will stop automatically after 60 seconds.The strapping packer is used for strapping carton, books and parcel etc. No matter what size of the parcel, it can strap directly. Needn’t to adjust the machine.
2. Packing tape is inserted, the machine can automatically complete the band together, heating, cutting, and with the banding, it is equipped with automatic shutdown device . Work fast, efficient, time-saving, high quality packaging.
3. Electricity saving device, the motor automatically stops running after 35 sec. and pauses to reduce normal wearing and to prolong the m/c life, less malfuction and easy maintenance,standard accessories,stable quality and durable.
4. This line is specially designed for the production of PP Straps. It can produce 2 PP Straps at the same time that saves energy by 20%-30%; Both the Shaping Water Tank and Calibrating Tank are made of stainless steel that the tanks are long-lived; PLC Controller by touching keys with alternative languages, which is safe and easy to operate that keeps good status of all part and ensures the stable performance of whole line and continuous production of PP Straps.output : Virgin PP: 80kg per hour, Recycled pp: 110-120 kg per hour.
