1. PVC doors and windows making machine can produce all kinds of profile, for example, window, door and door frame, pallet, cladding of outdoor wall, faciliry of ourside park, floor etc. Output profile is Wood Plastic Composite(WPC) or Plastic UPVC.
2. The pvc profile machine uses the special designed screw and barrel , die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood profile extrusion machine.

Description:
1. This series production line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic fence’s profile and crosssection
cable pipes,aluminum-plastic composite profiles and etc.PVC profiles are widely used in the building industry,home and office decoration.
2. To produce PVC profile, you shall have high speed mixer to mix PVC powder, CACO3 and other additives according to your formula. Then feed the mixture to the conical twin screw extruder for the production. The mixed material will be extruded through different molds to produce different shape profiles. Then it will be calibrated to keep the shape by vacuum calibration tank, then haul off and cutting. You could cut different length as you want, 4 meter, 6 meter, etc.
Applications:
The pvc profile production line is suitable to produce the PP, PE, PVC + wood composite products, the WPC products are strong and durable, both have the advantages of plastic and wood products, at the same time, they overcomes the shortages of plastic products that is easily got deformed, and the wood products can easily get corrosion, damaged by worms, short service life, etc. They are popularly used as packing case and wood-polymer tray; flooring panel, indoor and outdoor decoration, plank flooring, pavilion and chair in park, etc. The amount of wood power or fibers can reach to 50-70%.
