Description:
1. Main machine and faul-off adopt imported frequency inverter;stainless steel calibrator. Cutter adopts PLC control, and cutting length can be set at random. The line can be used to extrude PVC, ABS, PP, PC, PS annd etc. it can be widely applied in construction and LED lamp.
2. The pvc profile extrusion process can use the one step extrusion method and also it can use the two-step extrusion method alter pelletizing. The two-step extrusion method can save the powder and space , and the two-step extrusion method features the machine can gain the high output and stable extrusion machine.
3. PVC Profile Making Machine flow:
Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → granulating → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cool molding die → vacuum calibration support → belt haul-off → cutter → rack → finished product
4. Suitable to PVC series profile, as ceiling, Deck, Floor, Plank, Windowsill, Door frame and Board widely
