1. The WPC Profile adopt special screw , the screw has applied oil cooling systerm. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling systerm. The systerm has applied special computer control.According to customer's requirements , most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality. The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller; extruding property can be highly harmonized.
2. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut. the distribution box is specially designed , pull force bearing is fully imported ,and the drive life spancan be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure. The eletrical systerm has mainly applied imported parts.It has multiple alarm systerm,and there few problems which can be easily eliminated. The cooling systerm has applied special design , heat emission area is enlarged , the cooling is rapid , temperature control tolerance can be +1or -1.

1. This machine is mainly used to produceWPC window & door profiles, PVC trunking profiles, WPC ceiling profiles, WPC panel, WPC board and so on. This WPC profile production line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of WPC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

This machine uses the special designed screw and barrel , die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products , the series of products are: One step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood profile profile extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine , plastic and wood pelletizing manchine and different kinds of plastic and wood dies.
