1. This machine use the special designed screw and barrel , die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products, the series of products are: One step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood profile extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine , plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds of plastic and wood dies.

This production line is suitable to produce the PP, PE, PVC + wood composite products, the WPC products are strong and durable, both have the advantages of plastic and wood products, at the same time, they overcomes the shortages of plastic products that is easily got deformed, and the wood products can easily get corrosion, damaged by worms, short service life, etc. They are popularly used as packing case and wood-polymer tray; flooring panel, indoor and outdoor decoration, plank flooring, pavilion and chair in park, etc. The amount of wood power or fibers can reach to 50-70%.

1. Different shape & size is available , different surface pattern is available . environment-friendly products. fire retardant , moistureproof , acid resistance , corrosion resistance , long-term service life , no formaldehyde and other toxic volatile substance, no peculiar smell , mildew proof , water repellent.
2. The whole PVC imitation marble profile production line consist of conical twin screw extruder , extrusion mold , vacuum calibration mold , caterpillar hauling off machine , automatic cutter , etc . based on near 20 years experience and our customer's feedback , we special design and improve the screw and extrusion mold continuously , make our production line plasticize better , larger output , running stability and easy operation . the spare parts adopt the famous brand , SIEMENS motor and electric parts , ABB converter , etc.
3. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which extracts the humdity from the wood powder , so that the feeding section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the plastification effect will be better.
