1. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die , reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm , manufacture velocity up to 15m/min. Maybe used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , ordinary PP-R,PE PEX and PE-RT pipes.
2. Core rods and die are made of S136 /3Cr17 mould steel material, which ensures the inner flow surface glossiness and anti-corrosion, structure of moulds adopts high pressure volumetric type”, which is initiated by our company, can provide stable and high-speed extrusion for the tube material with tiny fluctuation.
