Description:
1. The series wood-plastic profile production line is mainly used for producing PVC+wood powder, shirting board, door border line, door pocket line, louvre blade, picture frame, edge sheet of furniture, doorcase, door pocket, upright post, stair railing, ect. Adopting the special wood-plastic technology and formula from our company, can design different product according to different profile section and purpose. With different mould and double screw extruder and single screw extruders special for wood-plastic, can produce different wood-plastic profile by vacuum forming machine, tractor, cutting machine, and upender, ect.

Special technology has been adopted for tractor, so it has many advantages such as run steadily, high reliability, tronger traction; Vacuum stereotypes special increase of eddy current cooling system, to facilitate cooling stereotypes in order to meet the needs of the production characteristics of wood-plastic profiles. Traction speed of the cutting device and profiles to keep pace, reasonable design, stable operation can be automatically cut to length and equipped with dust recovery.
