The pvc fiaber enhancing soft pipe , also called gridding pipe and snakeskin pipe which is mainly used to convey the middle pressure or corrosive gas and liquid , it is widely used in such areas as mechanical engineering , coal mine , petroleum , chemical industry , agriculture irrigation , civil application (solar energy water heater, gas-jar), also it can be used in irrigating garden and lawn.

This line is suitable for producing PVC fiber reinforced pipes.Meanwhile, through change and increase extruder and others device, PVC garden hose and PVC three layers fiber reinforced pipe also can be produced on this line.This line manufacture the soft hose which owns such features as transparent and no poison, pressure resistance, pull-resist, corrosion-resist, beautiful outlook, soft, light and long lasting. This line is suitable for producing PVC fiber reinforced pipes.
2. PVC Braided Fibre Reinforced Hose Extrusion Line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose. It is also named as PVC Garden Hose Making Machine, it is consist of automatic feeding system/single screw extruder/die head/water cooling tank/haul off machine /Braider/Heat Oven/ Winder . it use electric Parts (breaker/inverter/relay/ and so on ) is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. Adopt PLC control and simple operation .running stable. It produce pvc fiber hose which diameter range which is from 6mm to 50mm. PVC fiber hose machine is used to produce PVC fiber hose.
Applications:
This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose ,the wall of which is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose ,middle layer is Terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property .It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosive gas ,and is widely used in the machinery ;coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation ,gas and building.
