1. GF series plastic pipe material production line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply systerm , architectural water supply systerm , pavement of cables , etc. as well as PVC pipe materials of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness.
2. This machine group consists mainly of twin conical screws extruder , vacuum calibrating tank , tractor ,haul-off unit , cutting unit , tilter , etc. Single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter. Both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied exvellent products.
Description:
1. The production line is developed with the advanced technology of West Europe by our company. The main machine is SJSZ 51/105 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder is equipped with double-tube single-control stainless steel spraying calibration.
2. It avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double drawing machine and cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible. Let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought by spearate-control double-tube extruding.
3. SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is special equipments which can extrude and mold by using various kinds of PVC powders . Equipped with different kinds of molds and auxiliary machines , it can produce various PVC pipes , profiles , sheets , plates , bars and granule . It adopts PLC control and general temperature control meter . This machine is simple to operate and convenient to maintain .
