1. It is widely used in producing ppr, pe water-supply pipes. The extruder of ppr pipe machine adopt mixing structure screw, which can provide good plasticization.
2. PPR pipe production line is consist of SJ series extruder, mold, vacuum tank, spraying cooling tank, haul-off, no-dust cutting machine, stacker. It is apply to produce PPR, PE-RT cold and hot water supply pipe. Equipped other extruder, different mold, it could produce PPR double-layer pipe, muti-layer pipe, PPR fiberglass reinforce pipe.
Description:
1. High efficiency single screw extruder. It can produce ppr pipes. The pipe diameter range:16-160mm or customes request. The pvc pipe is mostly used in construction industry water supply, drain,electrical cable coating and under ground sweage treatment and so on.
2. Process flow of PPR pipe making machine line
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeder → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → marking line coextruder →
mould and calibrator → vacuum calibration tank → cooling tank → haul off machine → printer → cutting machine → pipe storage shelve
3. The high efficient single screw extruder is designed with HYPET technology, The die head is spiral type. it is suitable for the high output type. The electric components are made in RKC Japan, contacts are Siemens . AC control is ABB or DELTA type. The barrel is made of 38CrMoAlA. Nitrated, feeding zone is special alloy. Screw is made of 38CrMoAlA, Nitrated hardness is HV900-1000. The cutting system is warfless in advance technology. The technology of PPR pipe processing could be offered after confirmation of the order free of charge.
