1. This line consists of main extruders,water cooling tank,haul off machine,fiber braiding machine,coiler etc,which has reasonable design,unique structure,stable performance,easy operation and maintenance.
2. This line is suitable for producting PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Flexible Pipe. The wall thickness is transparent flexible PVC material, inside is spiral steel wire, the superiority of which includes Crushing Resistance,Corrosion Resistance, Antistatic and Good Liquidity, etc. suitable for supplying high-pressure and flammble gas or fluid. This kiind of pipe is mainly used in the line of Mechanism, Chemical, Construction, Agricultrual Irrigation and Vacuum Equipment, etc.

This series of extrusion lines are mainly used to produce PVC drainage pipes and U-PVC,C-PVC water supply pipes.
Advanced design for screws supplies powerful safeguard for the PVC plasticization.
Unique inside oil controlling temperature system adapts different technology formulas.
Beautiful and practical stainless steel body for the vacuum calibration and spray cooling system, unique multi-section vacuum system ensures the stable sizing and cooling for pipes; special spray cooling system improves the cooling efficiency ; special water position, water temperature system make the machine more intelligent.
Hauling-off unit adopts particular pedrail structure, which is easy and convenient for operation; pedrail clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable.
Cutting system adopts saw blades and planetary cutting means; sumping uses hydraulic system , which ensures the smooth cross section; equipped with dust-collecting unit, which ensures the clean working environment.
Application:
This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose ,the wall of which is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose ,middle layer is Terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property .It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosive gas ,and is widely used in the machinery ;coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation ,gas and building.
