Description:
1. The screw has applied oil cooling systerm. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling systerm. TRhe ysterm has applied special computer control. According to customer's requirement , most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity satte and material quality.
2. The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller , extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and derth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
3. SJSZ Series Conical Twin-screw Plastic Extruder have advantages,such as forced extruding,high quality,wide suitable range,long working life ,small cutting rate speed,not-easy decomposition of material,good plasticized characteristics of calendaring,straight shaping of powder material and others.It is equipped with AC governor,auto-control temperature,vacuum exhhaust and other devices.The line is suitable for production of pipe ,plate and special-shaped materials.
