1. Process Flow of soft PVC garden hose production line:
Raw material+additive→mixing→granulating→conveying feeding→single screw extruder→extruding mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off→fiber winder→warm-up oven→single screw extruder→mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off→meter measure→winder→finished product inspecting&packing.
2. Features:
1. High efficiency single screw extruder.
2. It can produce fiber reinforced brainded flexible pvc hose.
3. The diameter is from 6mm to 60mm, length as customers' request.
4. This hose is mostly used for drainage of light chemicals , irrigation in house, garden, field and construction industry.
Specifications:
1.This extrusion line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose, the wall of which is three layers, the outer layer and the inner layer both are soft PVC hose, the middle layer is Terylene fibernetwork, which has good chemical and physical property. It is mainly used for the transfer of oil, air,water,high pressure or corrosive gas, chemical, agriculture irrigation and building.
2. The production line is used in producting pvc reinforced pipe, which is widely used in the fields of industry,agriculture, forest, architecture etc. Completed with two single screw extruders, one yarn braid machine and other auxiliary.
3.With different dies,it can produce different soft pipes.The PVC Fiber Reinforced Flexible Pipe, also referred to grid pipe or snake skin pipe, is widely used to convey the middle pressure or corrosive gas and liquid.
Applications:
Now it is widely used in such fields as mechanical engineering, coal min, petroleum, chemical industry, agriculture irrigation and civil applications (solar water heater or gas-canisters). At the present time, it is widely used to the irrigation pipe to the garden and lawn.
