Description:
1. The board produced by our production line have no cracking and non-deformation in high temperature. Usually the template can be used for more than 30 times , and maximum can be used for 50 times. The PVC Board has the same charactristics as wood boards: which can be enailed , can be drilled , can be planed , can be sculptured.
2. The extruder of this extrusion line is the special designed SJZ92/188 conical twin-screw extruder, this extruder is equipped with the temperature controlling gauges which have the advantages of high precision temperature controlling, easy and reliable operation.
3. The vaccum calibration table equipped with the strong cooling device which ensures the cooling effect. Caterpillar type haul off unit, equipped with the precise speed reduction motor and inverter, has the advantages of reasonable structure, powerful and stable haul off force.
4. The cutter has the reliable and accurate cutting effect. The stacker has the movable stacking trolley and special made rubber protection layer to prevent the production from being scratched. The downstream equipment of this extrusion line uses the programmable computer or domestic made controlling system for stable and reliable operation.
Applications:
PVC foam board is also called Chev plate and Andy plate, its chemical composition is pvc. Widely used in passenger train compartment, ceiling, the core layer, internal decoration board, building exterior wall panels, interior decorative panels, office buildings, public places, residential floor, commercial decorative frame, clean room panels, ceiling panels, screen printing, computer lettering, advertising signs, display panels, sign boards used album board industry and chemical corrosion engineering, heat molding, with cold plate, special insulation engineering, environmental protection with the mold plate, sports equipment, breeding material, seashore damp-proof installation, waterproof materials, art materials and various light partitions instead of glass ceiling and so on.
