Description of plastic board machine:
1. PVC foam board is a less dense form of traditional PVC, or polyvinyl chloride. It retains many of the same qualities as traditional PVC such as an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, great flame-resistance, and excellent chemical resistance. However, because of its lower density, PVC foam board is significantly lighter; making it perfect for a wide variety of applications.
2. PVC foramed plate is a late-model plate of surface crusting with its core layer under foaming treatment which ensures the smooth surface, light weight and strong indensity, and it can be processed like wood plate. PVC foamed plates are widely used in fields of advertise lettering, construction, decoration, windows and doors of furniture, etc.
3. Wood-plastic mould ,resembling wood in appearance,is more fixed in size than wood without cracks,curls,protu berances,and cross grains,it has the features of better physical and chemical property,to ensure higher density and longer service life.
4. Wood-plastic mould can be reproduced like wood.It can be cut,planed,madea bond by glue or fastened with nalis or screws.It's easy to maintain.
5. Preserved from acid,alkali,corrosion,impervious to attacks by insects and rats,wood-plastic mould plates provide less moisture absorption.
6. The product can be recycled and degraded for environmental protection.
