PVC WPC furniture board machine is applied to produce PVC foam board with width 1220mm to 1830mm, thickness 3mm to 40mm, and with very rigid surface, surface hardness can reach 55-80HRC, which are mostly used for advertising, cabinet, furniture board, consution template and so on.
Description of PVC Foam Board Machine:
1.PVC foam board also named Snow board and Andy board, the chemical component is polyvinyl chloride, also can be named foam polyvinyl chloride board. PVC Semi-Skinning foam manufacturing technique is combine free foam technique and semi-skinning foam to develop new technology, this equipment have advanced structure,simple formulation,easy operation etc. features.
2.WPC PVC foam board making machine is our featured product which can produce WPC PVC foam board.It is one kind of panel product which is used PVC resin, wood powder or (vegetable fibre) as the main materials, filled in Caco3, and added necessary lubrication, stabilize etc auxiliaries, after fully stirred heated and mixed, dispersed evenly by the high speed mixer, then heated and plasticized by the extruder and mould to form the panel.
3.Work flow
PVC powder +additive → mixer →SJSZ series extruder →Coat-hanger type mould →Vacuum calibration cooling platform →cooling rollers and edge-cutting device →Haul off →stacker
