This pvc wave board machine unit contains twin screw extruder,mould,calibrating plate,haul-off and
cutter,tilting table.
PVC wave board production line also called pvc trapeziform board production line,pvc wave plate
production line,pvc trapeziform plate extrusion line,etc.
The unit is comprised by a twin concial screw extruder and corresponding wave plate forming
machine,tractor and cutting machine,can be used for continuously produce structural season resistance
UPVC color block igniting plastic cement wave plate,if replacing the relevant component,the line can
produce the chequer plank,possess steady molding performance,tigh structure,high automation degree.
PVC wave board extrusion line can continuously produce colorful, weather-resistant, burning resistant
UPVC plastic wave board, together with the BAXSJZ conical twin-screw extruder and the corresponding
wave board molding machine ,hauling engine and cutter. It can also produce the plastic flat board by
changing some assembly. Besides it can produce PP PC wave board by changing the mainframe. This
unit has the characteristics of excellent plasticization, stable performance, compact structure, high
