2. The double working position unwinding adopts automatic rectifying. The coil unwinding and changing adopt automatic changing, cutting and material joining without speed reducing, and the tension of the unwinding is managed by PLC controller, this ensure unwinding is smooth and in high speed.

3. The speed of extrusion and molding is controlled by PLC. The molding roller, silicone roller and assistant cooling roller adopts recycle water cooling structure, which ensures good coating effect. The silica gel roller and assistance cooling roller adopts the pneumatic controller.

The double working winding adopts vector inverter and PLC controller, and the coil changing adopts automatic changing, cutting and material joining without speed reducing.
