2:Fully Automatic Blow Moulding Machine, The electronic control system consists of operation panel, touch display screen, temperature control module, PLC programmable controller, analog quantity, proportional board, contactor, regulated power supply, automatic air switch, intermediate relay, twisted material inverter, proximity switch, stroke Switch, cutter transformer, twisting motor, oil pump motor and so on.
3. Fully Automatic Blow Moulding Machine,The operation panel is equipped with a power key switch, a touch display, an alarm, a cutter heat, a cycle start, an emergency stop, a twisted motor switch, a twister motor speed switch.
All this machine of single, double and four-die heads adopt the central feeding mode. The function is to change the melted plastic rods sent out by the extrusion screw into tubular preforms for the clamping mechanism and the blowing device. The adjusting screw above the die is used for adjusting the axial wall thickness of the corresponding glue tube, and the adjusting screw at the exit of the die is used for adjusting the radial wall thickness of the glue tube. When the machine is heated, the internal pressure of the melted plastic is high, and the external electric heating is high. Please pay attention to safety! Explosion-proof, anti-scalding!
