SLBU series:
1: this machine is suitable for the production of 200ML 10L plastic hollow products, the use of curved elbow lock system, low energy consumption, the center of the lock, the lock force, speed faster, run more smoothly.
2: Open the air filter cover on the fuel tank and fill the HM anti-wear hydraulic oil 210L with N46 (high ambient temperature) or N32 (low ambient temperature).
Open the electrical box door, press R, S, T, N respectively in the lower right corner of the box, and turn on the power accordingly. Because the inverter and motor will generate powerful space magnetic field and weak current during operation, the touch display of the machine The screen, PLC, and temperature control module cause interference, which affects the normal operation of the machine. So be sure to ground! Grounding method: use a 2.5-meter-long copper rod, one end of which is flattened with a 9mm hole. After the other end is sharpened, the whole copper rod is hit underground, leaving only 100mm on the ground, and then one end of the copper wire is connected to the machine, and the other end is connected with the machine. The copper rods must be screwed tightly. All joints should be wrapped with waterproof tape or butter. The grounding point should be close to the equipment.
