SLD series:
1: this machine is suitable for the production of 200ML-10L plastic hollow products, the use of curved elbow lock system, low energy consumption, the center of the lock, the lock force, speedF aster, run more smoothly.
2: die opening and closing system: specially designed for Heng lock mould mechanism using a high pressure mode locking, locking plate stress in the centre of the template, clamping force, openThe rigid lock template, even if the ultra wide die is also fitted.
3: die head system: all the use of 38CRMOALA and other materials, the precision machining and heat treatment.
4: hydraulic system: full hydraulic double proportional hydraulic control, equipped with imported famous brand hydraulic valve and oil pump, stable, reliable.
5: Cleaning of material barrel
1) Use a brass brush to remove the resinous sediment of its inner surface.
2) Use a wood or bamboo pole with waste cotton wrapped in the end to clean barrel surface. Change waste cotton several times during one cleaning.
3) Reduce temperature of material barrel to 30-50℃ and use wet cotton with solvent to clean inner surface of barrel according to the method of 2).
Check of material barrel. Watch whether there are scratches and other damage on its inner surface.
