5L Plastic Bottle HDPE Blow Molding Machine 5 Liter Plastic Jerry Can Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine
Introduction
The equipment is mainly used for the production of light trays, water horse, plastic fence, crash bucket, civilian bucket and other products. Equipment extrusion system using hardened reduction gear, imported transducer; die system using a special steel center feed extrusion die; hydraulic system using fully imported hydraulic valves, hydraulic servo control system; control system using imported PLC, the European imports machine control system.
1. Double stations and linear movement, high intensity stainless steel mould platens, driven by hydraulic pressure, designed and analyzed by finite element aided software, ensure big clamping force, no expansion of mold.
2. Specially designed screw with high L/D ratio insures good plasticizing and stable extrusion; high precision and no part line die head guarantees customers' top-quality requirement.
3. Multi-screw & multi-die head can be adopted to improve the quality of the product and lower down the cost of material.
4. Famous brand of vector inverter in high pulling torque, complied with special extrusion hardened reducer, can operate in stable, durable, and low noise state.
5. Brand-name hydraulic parts, pressure & proportional control are set by PLC, which ensures the stable operation; Mold movement is controlled by special speed limited valves, ensuring precise position and non-striking.
6. Parts of pneumatic system are imported from Germany, Japan, etc, which are top brands in the world. These make sure the operation of machine reliably and accurately; the air circulation is large while the leakage is very small.
7. Brand-name computer special for blow molding machine, parameter settings easy to learn, easy to operate.
8. Schneider (France) touchless sensors and switches are adopted, which are dependable and in low heat, & prolonged life.
9. Multiple-way PID controlled temperature heating is precise and stable.
10. Fully automatic operation can be achieved by optional equipments like auto-deflashing, rotary trimming device, or separated rotary trimming equipment.
11. Tanwan Techmation, Autrian B&R, or German Beckhoff controller are all for optional choices.
