The MP plastic blow molding machine specializes in processing various plastic hollow products with high molecular weight. Features:

Extruding device adopts a variable frequency motor which can meet the requirements of screw rotation changes during the blowing process. It allows for the use of a screw with a high slenderness ratio to process a variety of materials, providing strong plasticizing ability, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring quick, stable, and uniform heating.

By installing different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products with a view strip line or double layers can be blown.

The mould clamping device features vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guiders, cylinder spindles, and double working positions. This design allows for fast and stable movement of the mould.

Improved design of the hydraulic oil loop leads to power savings, rapid operation, and stability.

Installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are made convenient with an equipped removable and mobilizable oil tank.

The entire machine is computer-controlled with a hydraulic system utilizing double proportional control. It comes with fault automatic alarm, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and the ability to store data for 40 sets of moulds.

Three operation modes - "Manual", "Semi Auto", and "Full Auto" - are available for selection.
