Our thermoplastic elastomer (TPR) underwater cutting extruders utilize advanced underwater cutting technology to ensure pellet uniformity and quality consistency under high throughput conditions. Underwater cutting technology effectively reduces pellet distortion and overflow, providing higher product consistency and less scrap generation than traditional air flow cutting systems.
Designed to handle thermoplastic elastomer (TPR) materials, this extruder is capable of handling high viscosity and high elasticity composites. Its optimized screw design and heating system ensure efficient mixing and stable extrusion of TPR materials, making it particularly suitable for manufacturing high-performance, durable TPR composites for the automotive, electronics and consumer goods industries.
