Description:
The explosion-proof limit switch is a kind of field instrument for the valve position display and signal feedback of the automatic control system. It is used to output the signal of the valve's apocalypse or production and closure position with the amount of the day off (contact), and is accepted by the program or computer. After confirmation, execute the next procedure. The product can also be used as an important in the automatic control system, valve interlock protection and remote alarm indication, and can form a complete signal control and return function with the explosion-proof valve control box.
Feature:

6. Multiple contacts are connected inside the circuit board with 8 contacts (6 for the switch and 2 for the spiral conduit). The terminal block meets the standard of the micro switch. There are DPDT switch optional and position transmitter (4 ~ 20mA), mechanical micro switch, proximity switch, magnetic switch, etc. and can be used for solenoid valve connection.
7. "Fast position" cam; the adjustable cam of the limit switch is mounted by splines and springs; the position of the switch cam can be quickly adjusted without tools.
8. Replace the wiring with a PCB to prevent short circuits.
9. Ambient temperature: -20~70°C, waterproof and dustproof protection grade: IP67, explosion-proof grade: ExdII BT6, Eexd IICT6, in line with EN50014 / 50018 standard.
10. Double wiring port, standard contact, safe and convenient wiring.
11. The bracket is easy to install. The four brackets conform to the NAMUR standard. The brackets conform to the ISO5211 standard, and any rotary actuator can be easily installed.
12. Anti-off bolts, the bolts attached to the upper cover will not fall off when disassembling.
13. Easy to install, stainless steel spindle connection part and mounting bracket are in line with VDI / VDE 3845, NAMUR standard.
