Description:
The changeover switch can be used as a circuit control switch, a test equipment switch, a motor control switch and a master control switch, and a transfer switch for an electric welder. The transfer switch is generally applied to AC 50HZ, voltage to 380V and below, DC voltage 220V and below to convert electrical control lines and electrical measuring instruments. For example, the commonly used LW5/YH2/2 type transfer switch is often used to convert and measure three-phase voltage.
The combination switch is suitable for AC 50HZ, voltage to 380V and below, DC voltage of 220V and below, for manual infrequently turning on or off the circuit, changing the power supply or load, the current can be carried larger.
the contact system of the changeover switch is composed of a plurality of movable contacts mounted in the insulating housing and movable contacts in the movable bracket. The moving contact is a double-breakpoint docking type contact bridge. On the rotating shaft with the handle, the circuit is turned on or off as the rotating shaft is rotated to different positions. The positioning mechanism adopts a ratchet card ratchet structure and is configured with different limit members to obtain switches of different gear positions. In control and measurement systems, conversion switches are used to convert the circuit. The changeover switch is a kind of development of the knife switch. The difference is that the upper and lower planes move when the knife switch is operated, and the changeover switch is the left and right rotation plane action, and can be made into a multi-contact, multi-position switch.
