RE545 Reverse Circulation Hammer used 4 inch 4 Remet Thread Reverse circulation drill pipe for Golden Drilling
Reverse circulation RC drill pipe consists of two main components, an inner tube and an outer tube. Reverse circulation drill pipe is a dual wall pipe capable of being pressurised and not losing its pressure between joints. This is done by welding components of the inner tub and outer pipe together but allowing air to pass between them. This allows you to collect continuous uncontaminated samples. This also reduces the amount of air that is required.
Roschen also offers a concealed inner tube reverse circulation system that has a great deal of technological advancement compared to other reverse circulation systems including a system to perforate the water in the central column. It allows to create a stronger vacuum to force cuttings up the inner pipe - better, easier to use, reduction in vibrations and reduction in overall wear compared to other rc pipe systems.
