LD-HB360 hard cover book case in machine is developed and designed through by our company. The main production processes of LD-SSJ360 machine are automatic book block feeding, paging, gluing, hard cover casing, and flatting, and pressing, finished output automatically. The machine makes these steps all in one.
The machine is mainly used for hard cover books and hard copy of the letter to the core sleeve binding, with the advantages of glue uniformity, casing positioning accuracy, high efficiency, finished forming beautiful and simple operation. The machine is a ideal equipment for the books and thin exercise book production enterprises.
Q1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
We are manufacturer supplying only exercise book making machines.
Q2. Do you have quality certificates?
Yes we have CE, IAF, SGS, ISO, etc.
Q3. What's the delivery time?
Depends on the production schedule.Normally30 to 45days.Most of the time we have stock.
Q4. Can you help us to buy other goods?
Sure, and we can undertake quality assurance on your behalf..
Q5. What payment and trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo price. But we also accept other methods like L/C . We accept Western Union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q6. Is it easy to operate and what can I do if I experience any difficulty?
Firstly, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man. We will send a technician to your factory to do training and you are welcome to send your staff come to learn the machine operation at our company. We supply an operation manual for each machine. If something does go wrong, you can call us, video-chat ,email us etc. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer can be sent to your factory if needed.
Q7.Availability of spare parts?
We will supply the most commonly needed parts. There rests have the warranty for 1 year.
Q8. What is the guarantee and maintenance period?
The guarantee period is one year after the installation and adjustment. We guarantee that the equipment is accordance with the function and requirement without manufacturing defects.
Q9. Will you send technician to install the machine? How many days?
Yes, free for 15 days. Initial training and set up. After that we do have engineers available to travel.
