This production line is an ideal choice of mass production of staple-binding notebooks, with a perfect combination of 12 processes from: 1.one reel paper unwind, 2.high speed flexographic printing with - 2/2 color, 3.Cross cutting, 4.Over lapping 5.collecting, 6.One unit auto cover inserting, 7.Stitching Unit, 8.Folding, 9.Back pressing, 10.Strip cutting waste, 11.Trimming and slitting, 12.Counting delivery to the finishing good products of notebooks.
