Precautions for excavators to work on soft ground and water
NO.1 Precautions for underwater operations
If the riverbed is flat and the water flows slowly, the depth of operation in the water allows to reach the position of the carrier roller. If the riverbed is not in good condition and the water flows fast, be very careful. Prevent water and gravel from invading rotating bearings, rotating pinions, rotating centers and other parts.
The machine may sink little by little when on soft ground, and you should always pay attention to the lower part of the machine when operating.
After walking in seawater, the machine is thoroughly washed to remove the attached salts. For the part that has been immersed in water for a long time, the inside butter will spill, please add butter with a grease gun.
Note: If the rotating bearing, rotary pinion, ring gear and rotating center continue to operate after being invaded by water or sand, the rotating bearing and other parts may be worn abnormally. Therefore, the butter or the entire rotating bearing should be replaced immediately, and the operation contact service inspection should be suspended.
NO.2 Precautions for soft ground operation
Try to avoid walking on soft soil to prevent falling into mud How to get out of the mud when trapped?
When one side collapses: please lay bedding at the bottom of the bucket against the ground, lift the track shoe on the collapsed side, and lay logs or wood under the track shoe to free the machine from the mud.
Note: When using the big arm and small arm to lift the body, please use the bottom of the bucket against the ground, not with the teeth.
When both sides collapse: When the track collapses on both sides and cannot be moved, lay wood or logs under the track shoes, insert the bucket into the front layer, bend the forearm according to the same requirements as the dig, and then place the walking lever on the forward side to pull the fuselage out.
Note: If the lower walking body is blocked by impurities such as sediment, please vae the track separately on one side, and rotate the vaed track forward and backward alternately to shake off the blockage such as sand, stone, and mud.
NO.3 After working in a humid environment, the excavator needs to be treated as follows
1. Clean the chassis of the excavator;
2. Add butter to the interactive pin shaft part to prevent rust, and check whether the oil draining screws are loose;
3. The place where the machine has stagnant water should be removed in time to avoid rust affecting the spirituality of the machine;
4. Check the air filter element to avoid rainwater entering, so that the paper filter element is deteriorated and damaged and blocked, and replace and maintain it in time.
