How do we replace the diesel generator turbocharger and what are the specific operating steps? 1. Clean the engine and replace the filter element. Drain the dirty oil, add 70% diesel fuel and 30% oil to the engine, start the engine to run for 3~5min to clean the engine and oil passage, and then drain. Add an appropriate amount of oil, run for 5~10min and then drain. Replace the oil filter element and air filter, and then filter and add clean lubriing oil to the full scale of the oil scale to ensure that the engine oil and oil passage are clean and clean. 2. Check the turbocharger. Check whether the new turbocharger model is compatible with the engine, turn the turbocharger rotor by hand should run freely, if the impeller lags or there is a feeling of touching the housing, find out the cause before installing. 3. Check whether there are debris in the intake line of the compressor and the exhaust line of the engine in front of the turbine to prevent the debris from damaging the impeller. 4. Check the inlet pipe and return line of the supercharger. The inlet and return lines of the supercharger should be clean, and the inlet and return pipelines should not be twisted and blocked. If the inlet and return of the supercharger use a sealing gasket, check whether the gasket is corroded or deformed, and the gasket cannot block the inlet and return. 5. Pre-lubrie the supercharger. The supercharger is installed on the engine, temporarily not connected to the oil pipe, first add clean oil to the supercharger from the supercharger oil inlet, and turn the rotor by hand to fill the supercharger bearing with lubriing oil and then connect the oil inlet pipe. 6. Test run. Start the diesel engine, the oil inlet of the supercharger within 3~4s must show the oil pressure to prevent the supercharger bearing system from being damaged due to lack of lubriing oil. Run for 2min, check whether the rotor rotates smoothly without noise, and then stop, observe whether the rotor can run smoothly by inertia, under normal circumstances, it will stop after about half a minute. 8. When the engine load is running, the oil pressure must be between 196~392kPa to be safe, and when idling, the oil pressure should not be less than 70kPa. 9. The exhaust back pressure and air filter pressure drop after the turbine should not exceed 4.9kPa, and the air filter should avoid moisture, because the moisture filter element will significantly increase the pressure drop.
