Huitong Hydraulic Pile Hammers , also go by Vibro Hammer, Pile Driving Hammer, are widely used in many big projects, suitable for driving and extracting piles in different geological condition except the hard rock layer. widely use for workplaces, congested areas, under bridges, narrow roads, minimal noise in urban renewal. Suitable for excavator range from 18 to 50 ton
The pile is then vibrated with high frequency vibrations so as to ‘fluidise’ the soil resisting the pile. Down-crowd force applied by the excavator boom, coupled with the self-weight of the pile and the vibrator, provides sufficient force to push the pile into the ground. Naturally, the process also works in reverse for pile extraction.
