What is an excavator piling arm?
An excavator piling arm is a specific configuration of excavator arm equipped or modified for piling.
What are your advantages?
Advantages of excavator piling arm:
1. Increase the thickness of the upper and lower plates of the boom and adopt double reinforcement inside. The stress points of arm lugs are treated with segmented thickened plate, which improves the overall service life of piling arm.
2. The opening angle between piling arm and arm can be up to 160 degrees, and the opening angle between piling arm and base can be up to 88 degrees, which improves the overall drilling and pulling force and working efficiency.
3. The piling arm is welded and then drilled, the precision is as high as the original piling arm, which prolongs the service life.

2. Hydraulic vibratory hammer consists of four main components:
Boom assembly, frame assembly, housing assembly and fixture assembly.
It is mainly used for piling, such as driving reinforced concrete piles and steel sheet U-piles into the ground to reinforce the foundation, and then supporting the structure or fixing the building.

A: The length of the boom minus the length of the arm is equal to 5.5 meters, not less than this length. When the jib and boom are folded for transportation, the vibrating hammer will hit the excavator and the transportation height is too high.
Q: What are the design requirements of the piling arm?
A: The opening angle between the movable arm and the bucket of our piling arm is basically 160°, and the angle between the movable arm and the horizontal plane can be up to 88°.
